Shipping and Returns

Express postage for all orders with a $10 shipping fee.

All orders placed after 1pm AEST will be shipped the following business day. We use Australia Post for deliveries within Australia.

When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification with the tracking details. Upon delivery, if no one is available to receive the order, the courier has authority to leave the order on the property, unless specified otherwise. If you wish to remove the ATL please contact us before processing your order: info@themerrygoround.com.au.

Once delivery has been made the responsibility of the parcel rests with the buyer.

Please allow up to 3 business days for delivery. We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods, including sales and software updates, deliveries may take a little longer. We will however, always work hard to get your orders to you as soon as possible.

Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, TMGR Shop, is happy to offer you an exchange, online credit or a refund to your original method of payment. Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges for changed mind.

To organise a return please contact: info@themerrygoround.com.au. Please note we do not offer a refund for Sale Items or items purchased with a discount code.

Our policy:

  • Returns must be organised and shipped back postmarked within 7 business days of delivery.
  • Item(s) must be in original condition.
  • Clothes items must be unwashed, unworn and with tags attached.
  • Please take care when trying on garments as item(s) soiled with make-up, dirt, food or tanning products etc. will not be accepted.
  • Shoes must be in their original boxes.
  • Full Price items purchased may be returned for online credit or refund.
  • Sale items can be returned for store credit only.
  • For health reasons and in the absence of any fault, we do not offer returns, exchange or credit on jewellery.
  • All returns must be approved through our online team. Once we receive the return, please allow 5 business days for processing of returns.
  • Gift Cards are non-refundable.

Exchange

Exchanges are subject to availability at the time we receive your return. Otherwise, we are happy to provide a 100% Online Credit, valid of up to 3 months from date of issue.

Please note:

We do not cover the cost of return shipping. You may choose regular or express shipping methods. Please allow your return to be trackable. TMGR Shop also do not cover the cost of lost or stolen parcels once delivered
