Easter Protein Balls
These yummy protein balls are a great healthy option to have on your dessert table this Easter for family and friends to enjoy.

COCONUT & CHOC PROTEIN BALLS.
RECIPE:
500g almond meal
2 scoops of Choc protein powder
8 pitted dates
1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk
3 tsp of tofutti
1 tsp of cocoa powder.
500g of desiccated coconut.
METHOD:
- Begin by blending the dates, tofutti, protein powder and almond milk.
- Blend up well until you achieve a smooth consistency, then pour the mixture into a large bowl with the almond meal and cocoa powder. Combine together well.
- Roll into balls and then roll through the desiccated coconut.
- Once all the mixture is rolled into balls and covered in coconut, place them in the freezer for 45 minutes and ENJOY!!
OAT & PEANUT BUTTER PROTEIN BALLS.
RECIPE:
2 cups of almond meal.
2 scoops of vanilla protein powder.
1/2 cup of rolled oats.
6 dates pitted and blended up well.
1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk.
1 tsp of organic honey
3 tablespoons of organic peanut butter
METHOD:
Combine all the above ingredients together well in a cake mixer and then hand roll into balls and through some coconut. To finish, simply place in the freezer for 45 mins.
